Education and school visits will be at the heart of the ‘living’ museum. It will offer an interactive immersive experience of sound, vision and AV theatrical stage-sets within each of the historic rooms, which enables school visitors to see, hear and smell the world they have just stepped into.

Exploration through objects and technology will be a key part of that learning and science / nature trails around the grounds and woodland.

Special programmes will be developed and extra curricula activities via the on-site classroom. It will form a key resource for schools at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
