Trustee opportunity for Trent Park Museum Trust

The Trust are seeking a passionate, committed and energetic person to join this crucial stage of the project.  The ideal applicant will have finance / accounting, human resources or events / hospitality / retail experience.

Previous board/ trustee experience is not necessary, and we welcome applications from people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. We actively encourage applications from women and ethnic minority groups who are currently under-represented on our board.  Ideally, you will live in or around Enfield, or within easy travelling distance.  This is not essential as most meetings are held in north/ central London or online.

Being a trustee is a great way to volunteer and make a difference while developing your skills, boosting your confidence, and expanding your own professional network. This is an immensely exciting and rewarding project and a unique opportunity to be involved in something that will make a major contribution to the local area.

The Board meets formally eight or nine times a year for two hours, but trustees give of their time to help with specific areas of their own expertise. During the development phase of the project this has been up to two days a month, but more engagement is always welcome and sometimes needed.

Application.

Please send a CV with a covering letter explaining what you can offer this exciting project to kate.francis@trentparkhouse.org.uk by Monday 20 March 2023.
